I dropped my car off yesterday morning at 6:30 am. I had a constant leak in my tire and had to keep putting air in to get it there. Left a note and keys in the key drop. We'll there was a broken screw in it and I had ruined my tire driving on it. My choices put donut on for 50 miles or get a new tire. I chose the latter but to replace both back tires. They were ordered and came in that afternoon installed and I was called to come pick it up before closing. This was a difficult situation made easy for me thanks to Alan Matt and Tati's mom. (I forgot her name) And the price was easy on my wallet too. Thanks you so much for the professional yet personal service. Friends for life ❤ |

Adam and Matt had two quick jobs to do ahead of my leaky tire when I arrived. They greeted me and took care of each vehicle efficiently and thoroughly. Had a masked chat with Alan while I waited. Adam showed me the leak and took care of it. I’m certain I won’t have rim flats on that tire for a long time! I live a half hour from the Tire Spot and bring my cars here for everything because I know I will always get a skilled, trustworthy, reliable mechanic at a good price. |

My son found a screw in his tire when coming out of work in Newark. Not knowing what he should do he called me...kids! We live in a different town about 30 minutes away and I didn't want him driving on it so I dove over to help out as he had no spare....again kids!! Looked up tire places on the Internet and chose The Tire Spot. Even though we didn't have an appointment and there were four other customers showing at the same time we did they got the vehicle in and tire repaired in under an hour. The staff was very friendly even though they were very busy. Nice to see our younger generation at The Tire Spot doing quality work, at reasonable prices, with good attitudes and friendly manners! |
I use to take my cars to tradition Chevrolet. But I have been ripped off and cheated one too many times. The Tire Spot honest trustworthy knowledgeable and fair pricing not looking to just rip you off. The Tire Spot is where I will be bringing my cars from now on. I work to hard for my money I want a car repair facility that cares about me and my cars not just my wallet. We had to get snow tires after living in Florida for 30 years. Matt explained to us what we needed and why, and made a good recommendation. Came in for installation, all was on time AND they can store the regular tires until we need them in the spring so we don’t have to lug them around. For a surprisingly affordable price. |

I have not had the best luck with vehicles in the past. Mechanics have not been much better. After finally leaving my former mechanic due to trust and honesty issues, I found The Tire Spot to help fix the intermediate pipe in my 2005 Pontiac Vibe. To say they were amazing to deal with is an understatement. My car drives better than ever before, they were the friendliest group of people I’ve dealt with (especially Alan), and they even helped me patch a hole in my tire from a screw that i didn’t even know about. An even bigger bonus was a far in advance warning of a potential problem with my catalytic converter due to a small hole (which they said would take a while to develop into something severe). They for sure looked over my car with a fine comb, and I plan on using them for the rest of my potential repairs if they are needed. I have found a new permanent mechanic that I can go to and trust with my vehicle |

Tire Spot is my go-to place for tires, oil changes, brake work, and many other car repair things not under warranty. The prices are very reasonable and the service and parts are better than what most if not all dealers provide. They will use a manufacturer’s part if you ask them to, but they also use top quality replacements that are far better and have better warranties. |

One of my tires had a screw in the side wall. It was non repairable. I own a 4x4 truck so I had to buy four new tires. I was leaving for Florida the next day. They recommended a set of tires for my Nissan Frontier. I was told that it could be done before I left. They came thru as promised. This was my first experience with this company and would recommended them to everyone. |
I was at work, looked out the window and saw i had a flat tire. It was 405pm and every place was closing soon. I called these guys and they came ro my work, filled the rire, followed me to their shop, plugged the tire, there was a piece of metal on it, checked mynlights, replaced another tire and "tapped" my license plate light nack on! Hopefully the guys are reading this and gv a giggle bc it was funny! In amd out and nack to work. THANKS GUYS! |

Paul said this business quoted him under $35 to have his tire replaced, but then they told him a sensor was broken and it needed to be replaced. It ended up costing him $107. He was disappointed that they did not ask him first about replacing the sensor, they just did it. |

Have been using them for well over 16-17 years and when they quote me a price 9 times out of 10 it's right on the money and willing to work with you. I have now started having my son take his car in for services since he has been driving and they treat him with respect even though only 21 and they give him the same type of service that they have given my husband and I. Whenever I have an issue I give them a call and they are right on top of getting things corrected. |

Most cars are marginally or badly out of mfgr alignment from the factory and actually are set to "snow plow" in the back wheels. It is relatively easy to set front and back total Toe to 0 which helps in black ice handling and everyday mileage. They do a great job and my Subaru Outback alignment is great. Even my wife noticed that it drove better and preliminary mileage increase is about 2 MPG. |

They do the alignment as requested, not just making the adjustment but refining the adjustment to what the customer wants. I have a 2008 Nissan Sentra that was a tire eater until I found that all that was needed was to adjust the total rear toe and front toe to 0. They also understood that even if the specs say that the rear can not be adjusted, there are a number of sources of inexpensive shims that can correct the rear toe. The 2007, 2008, 2009 all have mismanufactured rear axles that require a shim or they are tire eaters. |
